Returns & Exchanges Policy

At DOGO Cyprus, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience.

Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• unused;

• undamaged;

• in its original packaging;

• returned with all accessories and components.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• used products;

• deformed or damaged products;

• missing original packaging or accessories;

• personalised or custom-made products.

Shipping

Returned products must be shipped via Airtech.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, faulty, or was sent incorrectly.

Exchanges

If the size or model of the product is not suitable, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product being exchanged must be:

• unused;

• undamaged;

• in its original packaging;

• returned with all accessories and components.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, an exchange for a different product or a return option may be offered.

Unless the product is defective, faulty, or was sent incorrectly, any shipping costs incurred for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
