Membership Agreement
This Agreement is entered into electronically between the user registered on www.dogocyprus.com and Özgür Erdem Otelcilik ve Turizm Ltd.
1. Parties
Seller: Özgür Erdem Otelcilik ve Turizm Ltd.
Member: The individual user registered on www.dogocyprus.com.
2. Membership Terms
The Member confirms that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
Persons under the age of 18 may not create an account without the consent of their legal representative.
The Member is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their username and password.
3. Website Usage Rules
The Member agrees not to use the website:
in violation of applicable laws and regulations;
in a manner that infringes the rights or lawful interests of others;
in a manner that may damage or disrupt the website or its systems.
4. Suspension or Termination of an Account
DOGO Cyprus may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a membership if it determines that the Member has violated the terms of this Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the logos, images, designs and content available on the website belong to DOGO.
The use, reproduction or distribution of such materials without prior permission is prohibited.
6. Effective Date
By registering on the website, the Member is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
