Distance Sales Agreement

This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller in relation to sales made through www.dogocyprus.com.

2. Orders

By placing an order through the website, the buyer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the information regarding the purchased product, price, payment method and delivery details.

3. Payment

Payment is made using one of the payment methods available on the website. The order will be processed after payment has been confirmed.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped via Airtech.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the delivery address.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address information.

5. Right to Return

The buyer may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• the product must be unused;

• the original packaging and all accessories must be included;

• an invoice or order information must be provided.

For hygiene reasons, returns of used products may not be accepted.

6. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall first seek to resolve any disputes through mutual agreement.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the competent authorities and applicable jurisdiction in North Cyprus.
